A one day refeed is not going to restore your hormonal balance, but it can be good psychologically and for refueling glycogen stores so that you have more energy in the next days until you deplete them again (if you do).

WebMay 9, 2014 · What i do to benefit from refeed, you should eat between 0g and ~30-50g of carbs per day (which come from fibrous vegetables). then every 4 to 7 days, if my maintenance protein intake is 200g per day and 50g of carbs per day, i switch it to 100g of protein and 150g of carbs. then i move on and drop it till the next 7 days.
