WebGerbils aren't using their sandbath. I have 2 male gerbils and they never seem to use their sandbath. They have almost an inch of exo-terra reptile sand in a ceramic dog bowl which sits on a platform. So far they might use it to pee (it's hard to tell) but I've never seen them roll around and clean themselves in it?
