I noticed it more when she’s happy and/or excited like when I’m about to pick her up or when I turn on cocomelon lol. She responds to her name 99% of the time I would say. She can say mama, baba, tata, JJ, auntie, poop LOL. WebJul 21, 2024 · My first did the hand flapping when excited until she was almost two.
