If your creating your own body/ygnord with bodyslide, select the "BHUNP 3BBB" option without the PE havok path or this will just override the SMP paths. I followed the steps for the readme from the Current SE build archive. You should have the loader, skse64_1_5_3.dll, and skse64_steam_loader.dll in your Skyrim Special Edition folder.
