A guy who goes by Celery's Arcade has made a series of YouTube videos documenting all the unique guns in the mod. The series is still not complete though, and the one documenting sniper rifles, items and hybrids have yet to come out.

Otherwise your choice between the community patch and reborn depends on what kind of experience you want. The community patch improves several guns and makes the game less painful to play in some ways.
