The internet, cable TV, and MoCA all use different frequencies while sharing the same cable/wire. You'll want to buy a POE filter, Point Of Entry filter. The POE is installed where your cable enters the house.

First, the new Spectrum 201/210 DVRs are not MOCA capable. They need a Whole Home capable DVR that runs the ODN/Legacy Guide for their main DVR. Second, Spectrum is removing WHDVR within the next year along with legacy boxes entirely. Anyone with WHDVR service will have it removed from their account with a year or so.
